These hand-picked Chiles are flame roasted, steamed, then packaged and quick frozen whole, with the blackened roasted peels still intact.  This process leaves the roasted taste on the chiles and protects the meat of the Chile from any freezer burn.  Peels slide off easily once thawed out.

Packed in one pound bags.  It is 100% natural with no added water or preservatives.  Frozen Hatch green chile can be shipped year around.  We ship Second Day UPS to all 50 states (Alaska & Hawaii add $20), street address only.  No PO Boxes, please.  Most deliveries are made by noon on the day following shipment.  Please plan to have someone available or make arrangements to receive the shipment on the day of delivery.  We cannot be responsible for unreceived shipments that thaw and spoil.  If you have any questions regarding delivery times in your area, please call your local UPS office.
